Refund policy

We are NOT responsible for incorrect sizing when measurements are provided by the customer. Because each set is handmade and customized, accurate measurements are required. 

As sizing kit is REQUIRED before purchasing a full set.  This is the only way to guarantee the most precise, comfortable, and secure fit. 

Sizing kit must be purchased separately and are not include with your nail set. 

Note: sizing varies depend on the shape and length of the nails. Your sizing kit must match the exact style you plan to order. 

Order placed without proper size may result in a poor fit.
