At La Reina Del Acrílico Press On Nails (Reina Nails), every press-on nail set is carefully handcrafted and made to order. We take pride in preparing each order with attention to detail before it is shipped to you.

Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and made to order.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

Processing time begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

Custom or personalized nail sets may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the order.

If additional processing time is required, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate this to you.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping — USPS First-Class

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

Priority Shipping — USPS Priority Mail

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment

Express Shipping — USPS Priority Mail Express

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment

Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not when the order is placed.

Selecting expedited shipping does not reduce the time required to create or process your handmade order unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

• Shipping destination

• Package weight

• Selected shipping method

• Applicable carrier rates

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active or update after the shipping label has been created.

If tracking does not immediately show movement, please allow the carrier additional time to update its system.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• USPS or other shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Customs processing

• Transportation disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Events outside our reasonable control

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

• With household members

• With neighbors

• Any secure location where the carrier may have left the package

You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to request additional delivery information.

Because delivery is handled by the carrier after shipment, Reina Nails cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of packages that are marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to assist before the order ships. However, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged Packages or Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

• Clear photographs of the damaged product

• Photographs of the shipping packaging

• A brief description of the damage

Providing photographs of both the product and packaging helps us evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

We will review the information provided and work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated at checkout.

Reina Nails is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other government authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their destination country.

Customs Delays

International packages may be held by customs for inspection or additional processing.

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control.

A customs delay does not necessarily mean that your package has been lost.

If your package is being held by customs, you may need to contact your local customs authority or shipping carrier for additional information.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our press-on nail sets are handcrafted and made to order, certain products may have specific return restrictions.

Sizing kit purchases are non-refundable.

Used or worn nail sets are generally not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, subject to applicable law.
